order & manufacturing

After we receive your order, we produce your personal ONE UP item. We usually have a delivery time of about six weeks. Upon completion, you will be notified of the scheduled delivery date.

Our shipping partner delivers your personal ONE UP item to your desired address. For stress-free installation, it's already pre-assembled for you at our factory in Italy, so all you have to do is attach it to the wall.
