Which components must be combined with the NOYA 13 handheld shower head?

NOYA 13 is combined with a mixer, either NOYA 06 or NOYA 09. So, NOYA 13 can be used with a bathtub or in the shower.
How long is the hose of the handheld shower head?

The length of the supplied hose is 150 cm.
How should the coated surface of NOYA taps be cleaned?
