Our high quality VALLONE® products are handmade for you. The majority of the products is always available from stock. Domestic deilveries of in stock rpoducts can be achieved in 3-8 workdays starting the day of your order. For non-stock products delivery time might take 8-10 weeks. Upon inquiry our logistics team will be happy to inform you about the delivery time for your desired product. All VALLONE® products shipped in Germany (mainland) are in insured, from an order value of 2.000, – EUR free shipping.
Tubs and free standing sinks
For damage-free shipping all bathtubs and washbasins are shipped in a sturdy box, supported by a wooden pallet. Shortly before the delivery of your goods, our shipping partner will call you to check on a specific delivery time and date, giving you the opportunity to best prepare the delivery of your VALLONE® product.
Sinks / ACCESSORIES
Insured shipping our sinks and accessories is operated by our logistics partner DPD. For larger quantities, we reserve the right to deliver with our shipping partner.
Note: For insurance reasons, the goods can unfortunately only be delivered to the curb. Up to this point, the delivery is of course insured, and any transport-related damage is on us.

Upon request we offer worldwide shipping of products to your place of choice. Depending on the country and distance, different shipping costs apply, which we may calculate individually. The processing and payment of duty on import is done professionally and reliably by our shipping partners.
