In the exclusive 5 River Park Brooklyn townhouse project, which was developed in close proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge overlooking the East River, an elegant bathroom design concept with freestanding bathtubs by VALLONE® has been implemented in the exclusive loft units.

Architect Douglas Romines created an elegantly proportioned 16-story building for 5 River Park in the landmarked Cobble Hill townhouse district. The architecture is a modern material rendering of the neighborhood's iconic red bricks and limestone bases.

The interior style typical of Brooklyn also carried over to the bathrooms. Since living space in New York real estate is limited and valuable, a signature bathtub was developed for the project that allows for the comfort and aesthetics of freestanding bathtubs even in a small space. The spectacular view over the roofs of the city also translates into a bathing experience that is second to none. Made of matte white VELVET STONE® mineral material, VALLONE® bathroom items blend perfectly with the sophisticated material mix of Italian Calacatta marble and American walnut wood.

The space is the limit: In order not to have to forgo the signature look of a freestanding bathtub despite the compact floor plans of the townhouse project, a custom design was created for 5 River Park that allows for views of Manhattan and the East River from the bathtub.
