No request is too big or too small for our team of experts.
How can I buy from you?
You can either order easily online or request a personalized quote with configured bathroom furniture. To request specific furniture compositions, you can use our configurators and wishlists. If you send us your configurations/wishlists ("Request expert consultation"), we will immediately check them for plausibility, discuss any optimization potential, and send you a personalized quote as quickly as possible.
Can my installer or architect also buy directly from you?
Your installer or architect is also welcome to contact us and purchase the products for you. In this case, the ordering process is as follows:
The products you are interested in can be requested by your architect or installer. You, your installer and/or architect will then receive individual advice on our products.
You can also share your personal configurations and wishlists, which are stored in your my.vallone account, with your architect or installer by e-mail in advance at any time.
What delivery time can I expect?
Most of our products are always in stock and can be shipped immediately. In this case, the average domestic delivery time is 3–8 business days. For custom products (furniture and custom sinks), delivery time is typically about 8–10 weeks, depending on the desired design. The delivery time and availability of your desired product can be found on the respective product pages; we will be happy to advise you personally.
Where can I see VALLONE products up close?

"See it. Touch it. Take it.” – see for yourself the quality and design of our products. In our showroom in Essen we present a selection of different products and materials. Opposite the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen and the world-famous Red Dot Design Museum, we exhibit selected bathroom collections in the official VALLONE® showroom at the Zollverein UNESCO World Heritage site. Simply make an appointment and let our bathroom experts inspire and advise you.
In addition to our own showrooms, certain products can also be seen at selected partner showrooms. Feel free to contact us and we will find the best way for you to experience our products up close.
How can VALLONE help me with my bathroom design?
We are happy to assist you in your planning by analyzing your individual needs together (by phone or during a digital/personal showroom visit) and preparing a personalized quote for you. Our furniture and sink configurator allows you to configure your desired products directly online and send them to us for review and quotation by our bathroom experts. If you have hired an architect to create a design, we are happy to provide you with 3D and design data for our products. Feel free to contact us by phone or email and we will personally assist you with your design.
Where are VALLONE products manufactured?
Our collections are developed in collaboration with external designers, as well as by our own design and development team. Production takes place in Italy and Germany, taking into account all relevant standards and the highest quality standards. Our production partners are selected according to very strict requrements in terms of aesthetic and technical production quality, many years of manufacturing expertise, and the highest sustainability standards.
Are VALLONE products certified?
All VALLONE products meet the highest technical quality standards and are approved without exception for installation in the German-speaking countries, as well as internationally. Our products are compatible with the applicable DIN Standards for Sanitary Products in Germany and the entire EU. In addition, our COMO and NOYA series of taps have DIN-DVGW certification, providing for maximum technical reliability and problem-free installation. Is technical support available for questions about assembly/installation?
Our technical support and customer service teams will of course continue to provide you with helpful assistance after delivery. In addition, you will receive our instructions, data sheets, and comprehensive planning aids for optimal assembly and installation of our products with every order.
Are spare parts available for VALLONE products?
Certainly! The VALLONE spare parts portfolio includes more than 3,500 parts across all collections – from simple sealing rings to furniture fronts or stainless steel components for our taps. We can respond to any request in the shortest possible time. Most parts are even permanently in stock, so common spare parts usually reach you or your trade partner within a few working days.
